Member Institutions
We are a federal University, consisting of 17 independent Member Institutions. When studying with us you belong to a particular Member Institution as well as the University of London. This allows students to have access to a wide range of facilities and services.

Member Institutions are self-governing, setting their own entrance criteria and in some cases have their own degree awarding powers.
Between the member institutions we have over 240,000 students studying over 3,700 courses. Not all of our students are actually located in London either; some study at the University of London Institute in Paris and we have over 50,000 students studying by distance learning, in 190 countries.
If you wish to study with a Member Institution you should contact them directly for full information. To get you started you can use our course search listing all the courses you can study on campus in London.
